At EmpowerBx, we offer professional supervision for practitioners working within or transitioning into Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), with a strong focus on neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and human rights-based practice.
Supervision is led by Karishma Khullar (BCBA, CBA), Founder and Director of EmpowerBx, who specialises in compassionate ABA, Early Intervention, and Positive Behaviour Support.
Sessions are grounded in reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and practical, real-world implementation that prioritises dignity, safety, and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes.
We support practitioners working toward Entry Level PBS registration, as well as clinicians seeking guidance on integrating evidence-informed ABA practices into contemporary, compassionate PBS frameworks.
