Who Are We?
At EmpowerBx, we provide high-quality behaviour support grounded in safety, dignity, and meaningful participation. Our team brings together experienced, highly skilled practitioners who are committed to compassionate, evidence-informed, and neuro-affirming care – so families can feel confident they are in safe and capable hands.
As a small and dedicated practice, we prioritise consistency and genuine connection. Your child is supported by practitioners who take the time to understand their strengths, needs, communication, and everyday experiences.
Our work extends beyond individual sessions. We consider the relationships, environments, and cultural context that shape each child’s world, recognising that meaningful and sustainable progress happens when support is collaborative, thoughtful, and embedded within daily life.
We value strong partnerships with families and work closely alongside the important people in a child’s life to create support that feels respectful, connected, and sustainable over time.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Karishma Khullar
Founder & Director | Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
“Every child deserves to be understood before they are corrected.”
Karishma founded EmpowerBx with a vision to create compassionate, inclusive, and neuroaffirming spaces where children and families feel empowered to grow together. Karishma is deeply passionate about advancing compassionate and neuroaffirming Behaviour Support through ongoing research, reflective practice, and collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams. Her approach moves beyond reducing behaviours of concern and instead focuses on understanding the child’s environment, strengths, sensory profile, communication, and emotional needs.
Believing that all behaviour is a form of communication, Karishma works alongside families from a strength-based perspective to build practical and sustainable supports that honour each child’s individuality, culture, and lived experiences. She collaborates closely with educators, therapists, and support teams to create consistent, inclusive environments where children can thrive across home, school, and community settings.
