Join the EmpowerBx Team
Ours is a practice grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and high-quality behaviour support.
We are looking to collaborate with practitioners who value thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-informed work – support that is person-centred, relationship-based, and grounded in genuine care.
Whether you are an experienced clinician, early in your career, or exploring a pathway into Positive Behaviour Support, EmpowerBx offers a supportive environment to learn, reflect, and grow through ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development.
We offer full-time, independent contractor, and sub-contractor opportunities across our growing team.

What Sets EmpowerBx Apart
We are a values-led practice where connection, reflection, and high-quality support guide everything we do.
A practice that invests in your growth
We prioritise practitioner wellbeing, reflection, and skill development through regular Empowerment Sessions and dedicated spaces for feedback, collaborative learning, support, and meaningful clinical reflection.
Ongoing, high-quality professional development
Our team participates in in-house professional development workshops and training opportunities led by experienced practitioners and external experts in behaviour support, trauma-informed care, and clinician wellbeing.
Purposeful, compassionate work
Be part of a values-led practice grounded in ethical, evidence-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming support. We focus on meaningful outcomes, human connection, and high-quality care for children, young people, and families.
Flexible scheduling and work–life balance
We believe sustainable practice starts with balance. Our flexible work model gives practitioners greater autonomy over their schedules, helping you create a workload that aligns with your wellbeing, availability, and personal commitments while continuing to provide consistent, high-quality support to families.
Dedicated paid admin time
Practitioners are allocated paid time for administrative responsibilities, clinical notes and collaboration, ensuring you have the space to work thoughtfully, stay organised, and deliver meaningful care without unpaid overflow work.
High-quality supervision and clinical guidance
Our supervision model is collaborative and growth-focused. Practitioners receive ongoing support from experienced clinicians through regular supervision, case reflection, feedback, and mentorship designed to strengthen clinical reasoning and neuro-affirming practice.
